Avodroc’s Mail-In Service™ process was designed to make your customer experience as pleasant as possible. Simply follow the directions above using our three-step guide and your cell phone will be on its way to you within hours of being processed. Most phones ship out on the same day they arrive; however, in the instance a phone arrives after normal business hours, more time may be required.
1. PRINT & FILL OUT MAIL-IN FORM
Print and fill out the Mail-In Form. To access, click here. This form is only required for custom housing and/or cell phone repair requests.
2. SENDING IN YOUR DEVICE
You should remove your SIM card where applicable. Do not include any other components when sending in your device. (i.e. chargers, accessories, etc.)
We highly recommend that you back up your device to iCloud or iTunes prior to sending the phone. While we are confident in our service, we ask that you back up your data as an additional security measure. We also suggest wiping your data. This step is entirely optional; however, strongly recommended.
You will need to disable the passcode feature on the device. By doing so, this will allow us to complete testing to ensure your phone is working properly after the process has been completed.
3. RETURNING YOUR DEVICE
Once the process has been completed, we will ship the device back to you via UPS or FedEx. A confirmation email will be sent which will include the tracking information.
